"I have been seeing Dr. Zachariah since last year when my medication for my chronic Hashimoto's disease stopped working. Additionally, I have started having severe menopausal symptoms. My plantar fascia got very inflamed, and I couldn't walk for almost a year without pain. My sleep was terrible; I was waking up up to 7 times per night, and hot flushes were unbearable during the day. I was gaining weight despite my exercise and a very healthy diet. My GP told me there was a 2-year waiting list to see a specialist. That's when I was advised to seek advice from a private endocrinologist. Dr. Zachariah is very professional and compassionate. He prescribed me a T3 medication and some HRT. After a week, I was feeling so much better; pain in my feet was gone, I was sleeping so well, and my energy levels increased dramatically. He is very caring, listens to all problems. He is very proactive and he responds whenever I contacted him in spite of his busy schedule. As a doctor he is one of the best if not the best in his field. I will prefer to see him for his advice again if required.

Dr Zacharia helped me to sail through lots of complication during my pregnancy journey. These complications happened for the first time. He answered all my concerns and questions around pe, thyroid and gestational diabetes. He patiently helped in maintaining right vitals and I had a successful delivery with his right suggestions. I had been struggling for 18 months with taking levothyroxine and feeing so fatigued with under active thyroid. I got so desperate and had really lost hope of ever getting back to being me again. I searched out endos that can help and Dr Zachariahs name came up. I can honestly say he is a real answer to prayer. I've been seeing him for 3 months now and he put me on NDT which has been so much better for me. The things he has suggested supplimrmts etc also have really helped me no end. I'm progressing well with my thyroid side of things. From the moment I first met him he was just such a breathe of fresh air. Just to talk to someone who understands and can understand what needs to be done. I cannot recommend him more highly. I feel very blessed to have found him.

A few months ago, I had a total thyroidectomy at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital. The surgery went very well, but after that, they messed it up big time. They did not prescribe me one important medicine, which made me hospitalized again, and I ended up in the Redhill Surrey hospital for a few more days with a critical risk. It would have been more difficult if I didn't have Dr. Zachariah, who gave me his email address through which I could contact him, and he took really good care of me.
